Role: SNO Field Recruiter Experience: 6 Months – 3 Years Location: Multiple Locations Employment Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities • • • • • • • • • • Handle end-to-end field recruitment activities for delivery partner hiring. Source candidates through field visits, references, local hiring activities, and other channels. Conduct candidate screening and coordinate the selection process. Conduct regular field visits to identify potential candidates and generate leads. Explain the job role, salary, incentives, and other benefits to candidates. Ensure candidates complete the required documentation and onboarding process. Coordinate with the operations and recruitment teams for candidate onboarding. Maintain daily recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates. Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets. Follow up with selected candidates to ensure joining and retention. Eligibility • • • • • 6 months to 3 years of experience in recruitment, field recruitment, sales, or bulk hiring. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel within the assigned area. Two-wheeler and valid Driving Licence are mandatory. Ability to work independently and achieve recruitment targets.
