Job Title: Bulk Hiring Recruiter – Picker/Packer -cafe Support | E-commerce
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Bulk Hiring Recruiter with experience in the e-commerce industry, especially with companies like Zepto, Flipkart, Swiggy, Blinkit, or similar organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle bulk hiring for Picker/Packer positions across all areas of Mumbai.
Make calls to candidates and explain job requirements.
Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates for selection and joining.
Coordinate client visits and hiring-related activities.
Support the recruitment team in achieving daily and monthly hiring targets.
Maintain a regular pipeline of candidates for bulk hiring requirements.
Coordinate with clients and the recruitment team to ensure timely closures.

Work Mode: Remote / Work From Home
Hiring Location: All areas of Mumbai
Salary: Negotiable, based on experience
Experience: Prior experience in bulk hiring for the e-commerce industry is preferred.
Preferred Candidate:
Candidates with hands-on experience in bulk hiring for Picker/Packer positions for Zepto, Flipkart, Swiggy, Blinkit, or similar e-commerce companies will be preferred.
