Hiring Alert | Field Recruiter – FM/LM Operations | Bangalore

We are looking for energetic and target-driven Field Recruiters to support FM (First Mile) and (Last Mile)Operations across Bangalore.

Key Focus: Hiring

Roles & Responsibilities:

Drive end-to-end hiring for FM/LM operations.

Source and mobilize candidates from assigned areas.

Ensure timely candidate pick-up/Deliveries from assigned locations and handover to the assigned hub/Location.

Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment data.

Track and manage hiring KPIs and daily productivity metrics.

Share daily hiring status and recruitment reports with stakeholders.

Coordinate onboarding and joining activities.

Ensure smooth deployment of candidates as per business requirements.
