We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Field Recruiter to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing and hiring riders for swiggy or zomato etc., through field activities, job fairs, and direct outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit colleges, training institutes, and job fairs to source candidates
Conduct initial screening and interviews
Build a strong candidate pipeline through field networking
Coordinate with the HR team for interview scheduling and follow-ups
Maintain records of candidates and recruitment activities
Achieve daily/weekly hiring targets
Promote company job opportunities in local areas
Requirements:
Any Graduate (preferred)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to travel within the assigned area
Basic knowledge of recruitment processes
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Preferred Skills:
Strong networking abilities
Confidence in interacting with candidates face-to-face
Time management and organizational skills
