ROLE OVERVIEW:-
We are seeking a dynamic Recruiter to manage the end-to-end hiring process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and closing positions. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of delivering quality hires within timelines.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles.
Understand job requirements and collaborate with hiring managers.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments/interviews.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with stakeholders.
Maintain strong candidate engagement and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Manage offer rollouts, negotiations, and onboarding coordination.
Track and maintain recruitment data using ATS or internal systems.
Meet hiring targets and timelines (time-to-fill, quality of hire, etc.).
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Ability to speak English and Tamil. (Hindi is an added advantage)
Highly Energetic on ground performance.
Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and hiring platforms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to assess candidates effectively.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in MS Office.
QUALIFICATION:-
Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent.
