We are expanding our team and looking for a motivated Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive to support our growing workforce requirements.
Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Recruiter who can manage end-to-end recruitment activities for Security Guards, Supervisors, Area Managers, Facility Management Staff, Housekeeping Personnel, Drivers, Technical Staff, and Corporate Positions.
The ideal candidate should be capable of handling bulk hiring requirements while ensuring quality candidate sourcing and smooth onboarding processes.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, local networks, and recruitment drives.
Conduct telephonic screenings and preliminary interviews.
Coordinate interviews with department heads and operations teams.
Recruit for Security Services, Facility Management, Housekeeping, Operations, Administration, and Support Functions.
Verify candidate documents and maintain recruitment records.
Build and maintain a strong candidate database.
Ensure timely joining and onboarding of selected candidates.
Manage bulk hiring requirements for operational manpower.
Track recruitment performance and maintain hiring reports.
Coordinate closely with operations teams to fulfill manpower requirements.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong candidate sourcing and screening abilities.
Experience using job portals and social media recruitment.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.
Experience in bulk hiring will be preferred.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or related field.
MBA (HR) preferred but not mandatory.
1–5 years of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Staffing, or Human Resources.
Experience in Security Services, Facility Management, Manpower Consultancy, or Operations Recruitment will be an added advantage.
