Job Title: Field HR Executive

Job Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end field recruitment activities.

Conduct candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.

Visit client locations for onboarding, documentation, and HR support.

Maintain HR records, attendance, and daily reporting.

Build and maintain good relationships with candidates and clients.

Requirements:

Graduate in any stream; HR specialisation preferred.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Willingness to travel as part of the job.
