FIELD COMPLIANCE EXECUTIVE

Role Overview:

The Field Compliance Executive is responsible for ensuring that the organization’s operations, field activities, and partner engagements comply with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry standards. This role involves conducting audits, inspections, and verifications on-site, ensuring adherence to company procedures, and providing support in mitigating compliance risks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct on-site compliance checks, inspections, and audits at branches, partner locations, or field sites.

• Verify documentation, records, and processes to ensure alignment with regulatory guidelines and company policies.

• Provide training and awareness sessions to field staff/partners regarding compliance policies.

• Support internal and external audit teams during assessments.

• Assist in implementing corrective action plans for identified gaps.

• Act as a communicator between field teams and the compliance department.

• Ability to travel extensively for field visits.
