What You'll Do Conduct in-depth market mapping to identify potential executive candidates across global regions, industries, and functions. Research target companies, leadership structures, and industry trends to support search strategies and talent intelligence reports. Build and maintain comprehensive talent databases , ensuring data accuracy, relevance, and compliance with privacy regulations. Prepare candidate briefs that summarize professional backgrounds, leadership achievements, and potential fit for specific roles. Develop competitive intelligence reports that highlight market shifts, competitor leadership moves, and emerging talent pools. Collaborate with the global executive hiring team to refine search criteria, outreach strategies, and diversity hiring approaches. Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify patterns, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process improvement. Support special projects such as diversity and inclusion initiatives , leadership succession planning, and emerging market talent strategies. Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and knowledge-sharing forums to contribute to fresh perspectives. What You'll Bring A recent graduate or final-year student with a strong academic record in Business, Human Resources, Economics, Psychology, International Relations , or related fields. Exceptional research and analytical skills—comfortable navigating LinkedIn Recruiter, industry reports, organizational charts, and other talent intelligence tools. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly, concisely, and persuasively. Curiosity about leadership, organizational structures, and global business trends, with a willingness to explore unfamiliar industries. High attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
