Provide administrative support. Schedule and coordinate the MD’s appointments, meetings, and events. Handle and prioritize emails, calls, and other communications on behalf of the Admin Head. Prepare, edit, and manage documents, reports, and presentations. Communicate relevant information to staff as directed by the MD or seniors. Organize and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions. Attend meetings, take notes, and ensure follow-up on action items. Ensure that tasks and projects assigned to the administrative team are completed efficiently. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the administrative office, including supplies, equipment, and facilities. Provide the MD with information and support for decision-making processes. Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
