Education Counsellor

🏢 Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Education Counselor with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the relevant field. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Medical Coding courses and be capable of guiding students towards the right career path.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students and provide detailed information about Medical Coding courses (BMCT / AMCT / CPC).

Explain course curriculum, career scope, and job opportunities.

Handle enquiries (walk-in, phone, WhatsApp, social media leads).

Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into admissions.

Maintain student database and admission records.

Coordinate with trainers and placement team.

Achieve monthly admission targets.

✅ Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience as Education Counselor / Academic Counselor / Admission Counselor.

Strong knowledge of Medical Coding field and certification courses.

Excellent communication and convincing skills.

Ability to handle targets and admissions.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM handling preferred).
