Job Role & Responsibilities
• Handle vendor audits and site audits as per statutory compliance requirements
• Represent the company during internal and external audits
• Prepare and maintain audit documents and compliance records
• Liaise with government authorities such as PF, ESIC, and Professional Tax (PT)
• Manage PF office visits and follow-ups related to compliance matters
• Maintain vendor/contractor registers and ensure proper documentation
• Ensure timely compliance filings and record maintenance
• Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders for compliance-related activities
Key Skills Required
• Working knowledge of PF, ESIC, and PT compliances
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Understanding of audit processes and documentation
• Ability to complete tasks independently with accuracy
• Proactive approach and strong follow-up skills
• Good communication and coordination abilities
