Compliance Executive

As a PF & ESIC Compliance Trainee, you will be responsible for assisting the HR compliance team with the administration and management of Provident Fund and ESIC schemes. You will gain in-depth exposure to the statutory requirements related to employee benefits, and contribute to the efficient implementation of PF and ESIC policies and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing and ensuring timely and accurate PF and ESIC contributions for all employees.

• Help in preparing and filing monthly PF and ESIC returns as per statutory deadlines.

• Support the compliance team in maintaining accurate employee records for PF and ESIC purposes.

• Monitor PF and ESIC deductions, contributions, and employee benefits under the applicable laws.

• Assist in handling queries related to PF and ESIC from employees and regulatory authorities.

• Support in PF and ESIC audits and maintain necessary documentation for compliance purposes.

• Keep updated on changes to PF and ESIC rules and regulations, and ensure adherence to them.

• Assist in the preparation of compliance reports and other relevant documentation.

• Help in ensuring smooth onboarding and offboarding of employees with respect to PF and ESIC documentation.
