Compliance Executive

We are looking for a Compliance Executive to join our team at Nityadar Electrical Works to manage the organization complies with all statutory, legal, and regulatory requirements related to labor laws, payroll, and statutory filings. The role includes handling PF, ESI, PT, LWF, and other statutory compliances, maintaining records, and coordinating with internal teams and government authorities. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20000 - ₹25000 and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations

• Handle PF, ESI, PT, LWF registration, returns, challans, and reconciliations

• Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual statutory returns

• Maintain statutory registers, records, and compliance documentation

• Handle inspections, audits, and notices from labor authorities

• Maintain employee compliance-related data and reports

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 2 years of experience. Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliances

Experience in PF, ESI, Payroll, and compliance portals. Candidates must be open to working 6 days working
