Compliance Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular audits of HR records, employee files, and statutory compliance documents (PF, ESIC, gratuity, bonus, labor laws, etc.).

• Review HR policies, procedures, and practices to ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and organizational guidelines.

• Monitor adherence to statutory deadlines and filings (PF, ESIC returns, PT, LWF, minimum wages, etc.).

• Audit payroll and employee benefits administration for accuracy and compliance.

• Check UAN/ESIC registrations, KYC updates, and ensure no pendency in employee statutory accounts.

• Prepare audit reports with findings, risk areas, and recommend corrective actions.

• Follow up with HR operations team to ensure timely closure of compliance gaps.

• Support internal/external audits and provide necessary documentation.

• Stay updated with changes in labor laws, HR compliances, and statutory regulations.

• Train HR staff and stakeholders on compliance policies and procedures when required.
