Are you passionate about HR compliance and experienced in statutory processes within the engineering & construction sector? Join us to ensure compliance with labor laws, maintain records, oversee contractor compliance, handle audits, and support HR policy adherence.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Ensure compliance with labor laws like PF, ESIC, CLRA, BOCW, Gratuity, etc.
✅ Maintain statutory registers, records, and documentation
✅ Oversee contractor/vendor compliance at construction sites
✅ Handle audits, inspections, and government filings
✅ Support POSH implementation and internal HR policy compliance
✅ Stay updated on labor law changes and ensure timely action
✅ Collaborate with project/site teams for labor documentation support

Who You Are:
✔️ Bachelor’s in HR, Law, or Business Administration
✔️ 3 years of HR compliance experience (preferably in construction)
✔️ Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and contractor compliance
✔️ Proficient in MS Office & HR software
✔️ Excellent coordination, documentation & audit-handling skills
✔️ Willingness to travel to construction sites occasionally
