We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Compliance officer to oversee our HR compliance operations and risk mitigation strategies during night shifts. The ideal candidate should possess a solid understanding of labor laws, HR policies, and internal audit processes, along with experience in handling employee documentation and statutory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, Monthly Audits and statutory regulations along with on remittance(PF, ESI, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment Act, etc.)
Maintain and update compliance-related documentation and HR records
Conduct periodic internal audits and compliance checks
Support internal and external audits by providing accurate records and reports
Coordinate with legal and finance teams for compliance-related issues
Mitigate HR-related risks by proactively identifying non-compliance areas and recommending corrective actions
Maintain employee records and ensure timely filing of statutory returns
Report compliance status to HR leadership regularly
Key Requirements:
1–2 years of proven experience in HR compliance and Audits
In-depth knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR statutory requirements
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and HRIS tools
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with integrity
Preferred Skills:
Experience with HR audits and compliance tools
Exposure to labor law compliance
