Key Responsibilities:

Accurately calculating wages, overtime, and other types of pay, as well as managing deductions (both voluntary and involuntary).
Employee Data Management:
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, tax details, and benefit enrollments.
Compliance Management:
Ensuring compliance with all applicable payroll laws and regulations, including tax laws, labor laws, and company policies.
Tax Compliance:
Preparing and submitting payroll tax reports, including federal, state, and local taxes, as well as managing tax withholdings and deductions.
Record Keeping:
Maintaining accurate and organized payroll records for audits and internal reviews.
Reporting:
Generating payroll reports for management, auditors, and other stakeholders.
System Management:
Managing payroll software and systems, ensuring data accuracy and system functionality.
Employee Support:
Responding to employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits, resolving any discrepancies or issues promptly.
