Role and responsibilities.
The clinician at the centre shall be given the designation of the centre head and hence he must look after not only the clinical work but also the administrative responsibilities of the centre head.
Three broad categories.–

Marketing
1. Guides and directs the Center Staff in the development, production, promotion, and sale of the Center‘s products and services.
2. Represents and promotes Thrive to public agencies, associations, and community groups.
3. Directs the preparation of short and long range plans and budgets based on corporate goals and growth objectives.
4. Coordinates with the PRO’s and takes their daily reporting.
5. Coordinates with seniors and head office for future marketing strategies.
Administration
1. Manages the daily operations and programs of the Center
2. Carries out supervisory responsibilities (e.g., participating in interviews, hiring, performance reviews, and training and developing of Staff).
3. Ensures Nidan customers are left delighted with their participation in our programs.
4. Ensures that maintenance is performed on-site for any physical systems requiring maintenance.
5. The clinician must impart training to all staff during training sessions periodically.
6. The Centre Manager is responsible for the smooth running of all aspects of the centre, establishing procedures and solving problems quickly and efficiently. The CM must be aware of everything that is happening at the centre and keep communication channels to Head Office open.
7. Maintains proper coordination with the staff and a healthy working atmosphere.
8. The clinician shall perform all kinds of tests like EEG, ECG, TMT and assist the technicians in performing other tests like MRI, CT, X-ray, mammography, OPG, etc.
9. The clinician shall also look after all kinds of administrative duties like billing, consent, report despatch, departmental requisition, theft, PCPNDT form update, etc.
10. The centre head should also look after the HR practises being followed in the centre like hiring, remuneration, appraisal, etc.
11. The centre head should also be able to liaison with competent authorities in medico-legal endeavour.
Health Checkup
1. The Centre Head as a medical practitioner must perform the following tasks:
2. Examine the patient to perform health check ups and record the patient's medical information
3. Order, perform and analyze laboratory tests, X-rays and other diagnostic images and procedures. Provide overall care for patients and prescribe and administer treatments, medications and other remedial measures
4. Aid in the prevention of diseases and disorders by advising patients on diet, exercise, hygiene and general health.
5. The doctor must follow all good clinical practise (GCP) guidelines while dealing with patients thus ensuring the safety of the clinician himself as well as the patient.
Basic requirements for a Centre Administrator profile:
1. Bachelors in medical science discipline i.e. (MBBS / BAMS / BHMS) only.
2. Preferable experience of 6 – 12 months.
3. Should have a pleasant personality and able to read, write and speak all the three languages like Hindi, Marathi & English.
4. Should have basic computer literacy.
