Key Responsibilities:
Source potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals.
Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial screening calls and assess candidate suitability.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate records and update recruitment databases.
Assist in preparing job postings and recruitment reports.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Support onboarding activities for selected candidates.
