Offer & Pre-onboarding Associate Director Own and deliver a fast, accurate, and compliant offer-to-join experience. The role is accountable for end-to-end offer management, background verification and onboarding operations, vendor management ensuring strict SLA adherence and a seamless pre-joining and Day 1 candidate experience. With an added focus on analytical capability and data driven insights. • Team Management : - Manage teams responsible for job offer creation and onboarding support. - Provide guidance, training, and performance management to ensure operational excellence. - Drive continuous development of team members through coaching, mentoring, and skill enhancement initiatives. • Offer Management : - Own end-to-end offer creation and release within defined SLAs - Ensure 100% accuracy, policy and legal compliance - Partner with TA to meet hiring timelines and business demand • Pre-Onboarding Candidate Engagement - Own pre-joining candidate journey from offer acceptance to Day-1 - Reduce offer drops, no-shows and reneges through proactive touchpoints and issue resolution - Track joining conversion and pre-joining experience metrics • Onboarding Support : - Own pre-joining and Day 1 readiness for all new hires - Drive coordination with IT, Admin, Payroll and HR - Track onboarding success metrics and improve candidate experience • Background Checks - Govern end-to-end BGV lifecycle and vendor SLAs - Ensure timely document collection, initiation and closure of cases - Maintain audit-ready, compliant operations • Stakeholder Collaboration : - Act as single point of accountability for Offer & Onboarding - Ensure transparent reporting and strong operating cadence • Process Improvement & Compliance : - Identify gaps and implement best practices to enhance operational workflows. - Ensure adherence to organizational policies, labor laws, and data privacy standards. • Reporting, Metrics and Dashboards: - Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to offer turnaround time and onboarding success. - Provide insights and recommendations to leadership for continuous improvement and improve hiring outcomes • Leverage data analytics to generate insights and identify improvement opportunities, enabling data-driven decision-making and enhancing overall hiring outcomes. • Provide actionable recommendations to leadership for continuous improvement and optimization of recruitment processes. • Vendor Management: Manage vendor billing/ invoicing process • Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience • Proven experience in managing HR Operations Team. • Advanced proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, Power BI. • Hands on experience with SuccessFactors HRMS is preferred • Good written and verbal communication skills. • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities. • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and discretion in handling sensitive information. • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks and reports. • Masters/Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Experience Level Mid Level
