About the Corporate Program:

The AP Talent Acquisition Team, Kotak Life Insurance Company, is seeking ambitious, high-energy individuals to join our fast-track Management Trainee Program.

This is NOT a field sales, door-to-door sales, or cold-calling job. This is a core Corporate Recruitment & Team Management profile. Your primary function will be to act as an HR Specialist and Unit Manager—sourcing, onboarding, and leading a high-performing team of independent financial consultants.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) & Operational Targets:

As a Management Trainee, your first-month performance will be assessed based on structured corporate benchmarks:

• Talent Sourcing & Onboarding: Source and onboard 5 Strategic Financial Consultants per week, achieving a cumulative target of 25 Financial Consultants in your first month.

• Unit Validation & Milestone: To successfully validate and release your guaranteed monthly fixed stipend of ₹10,000, your acquired team must meet either of the following operational benchmarks:

  • Option A: Generate a minimal collective business of ₹2 Lakhs through your team network.

  • Option B: Establish at least 15 Confirmed Active Financial Consultants within the onboarded batch.

Fast-Track Promotion & Growth Ladder (The Road to Team Leader):

At AP Talent Acquisition Team, we value production over seniority. Trainees who demonstrate exceptional leadership will be fast-tracked:

• Promotion Criterion: Achieve a minimum cumulative team business of ₹5 Lakhs within the next 3 months.

• The Reward: Direct promotion to the executive designation of Team Leader. Upon promotion, your fixed structural salary bracket scales up significantly, and you unlock Heavy Overriding Commission (ORC) Slabs on the total revenue generated by your entire business unit.

• Graduation / Post-Graduation in any stream (Final-year students with exceptional confidence and communication skills may apply).

• Strong interpersonal, networking, and team-building capabilities.

• Basic understanding of candidate screening, data coordination, and interview management.
