### **Role: Admin & Compliance Executive**

### **Role Overview**
The Admin & Compliance Executive will be responsible for **administrative operations, statutory compliance support, documentation, coordination, and internal process management** across the organisation. The role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

### **Key Responsibilities**
#### **1. Administrative Operations**
* Handle day-to-day administrative activities across branches
* Maintain records, registers, and internal documentation
* Coordinate with coaches, managers, and operations team
* Support admission-related documentation and approvals
* Maintain official communication records (emails, letters, notices)

#### **2. Compliance & Secretarial Support**
* Assist in statutory and regulatory compliance activities
* Support Company Secretary–related documentation and filings
* Maintain compliance trackers, due dates, and evidence records
* Coordinate with external consultants, auditors, and advisors
* Ensure timely submission of required documents and responses
---
#### **3. Documentation & Record Management**
* Prepare, review, and maintain SOPs, policies, and formats
* Maintain employee records, contracts, and onboarding documents
* Organise audit evidence, reports, and compliance files
* Ensure version control and secure storage of documents
---
#### **4. Coordination & Follow-ups**
* Track action items from management meetings
* Follow up with internal teams for pending tasks
* Coordinate between Admin, Operations, Equipment, and Finance teams
* Support senior management with reports and status updates

#### **5. Process Adherence & Control**
* Ensure adherence to defined SOPs and internal processes
* Highlight gaps, delays, or non-compliance to management
* Support process improvements and standardisation initiatives
---
### **Required Skills & Qualifications**
* Bachelor’s degree (Commerce / Management / Law preferred)
* 1–3 years experience in admin / compliance / secretarial support
* Strong documentation and coordination skills
* Good communication (verbal & written)
* Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Email, and basic reporting
* Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
