Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our online marketplaces such as Flipkart, Amazon, and others. The ideal candidate will help manage listings, track orders, coordinate with logistics, and ensure smooth functioning of the e-commerce backend.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage product listings on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.

• Track daily orders, returns, and customer queries; ensure timely resolution.

• Maintain and update inventory levels and stock reports.

• Assist in executing promotions, deals, and seasonal offers.

• Monitor product reviews and ratings; flag issues and respond if required.

• Generate basic performance reports on sales, returns, and traffic.

• Support backend tasks such as invoicing, dispatch tracking, and raising service tickets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (Commerce, Business, or related field preferred)

• Familiarity with major Indian e-commerce platforms

• Basic Excel/Google Sheets skills

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Attention to detail and time management

• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus but not mandatory
