Identify and assess the training needs of the organization through job analysis, career paths and consultation with managers. 2. Develop individualized and group training programs that address specific business needs. 3. Develop training manuals that target tangible results. 4. Evaluate organizational performance to ensure that training is meeting business needs and improving performance. 5. Assess employees’ skills, performance and productivity to identify areas of improvement. 6. Drive brand values and philosophy through all training and development activities. 7. Effectively communicate with team members, trainers and management. Requirements and Skills: 1. Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills. 2. Highly computer literate with proficiency in MS Office and related business and communication tools. 3. Critical thinker with innovative problems solving skills. 4.
