To manage and execute HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and HR operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer management).
Coordinate with departmental heads to understand manpower requirements.
Ensure smooth onboarding and induction for new employees.
Maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
Handle payroll coordination, attendance tracking, and leave management.
Ensure timely generation of appointment letters, confirmations, transfers, and other HR documentation.
Support statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment, etc.).
Assist in implementing the company’s Performance Management System (PMS).
Coordinate appraisals, feedback sessions, and goal-setting exercises.
Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for various roles.
Plan and execute employee engagement programs, events, and recognition initiatives.
Address employee queries, grievances, and escalations in a timely and professional manner.
Promote a positive work culture and ensure high employee satisfaction levels.
Identify training needs and coordinate employee training sessions.
Maintain training records and evaluate training effectiveness.
Ensure adherence to company policies and HR best practices.
Support internal audits and legal compliance requirements.
Regularly update HR policies and communicate them effectively to employees.
Education: Graduate / MBA / PGDM in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience: 3–7 years in HR operations, preferably in Oil & Gas retail, Energy, or FMCG sectors.
Skills:

Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS tools.
Knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.
Problem-solving attitude and high level of integrity.
Travel Requirement: Occasional travel to plant/offices for audits or employee engagement activities.
