Job Description

Job Title: Human Resources Executive / Manager

Location: [NOIDA,UP]
Department: Human Resources
Reporting To: CEO


Job Objective

To manage and execute HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and HR operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and fostering a positive and productive work environment.


Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer management).

  • Coordinate with departmental heads to understand manpower requirements.

  • Ensure smooth onboarding and induction for new employees.

  • Maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

2. HR Operations & Administration

  • Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.

  • Handle payroll coordination, attendance tracking, and leave management.

  • Ensure timely generation of appointment letters, confirmations, transfers, and other HR documentation.

  • Support statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment, etc.).

3. Performance Management

  • Assist in implementing the company’s Performance Management System (PMS).

  • Coordinate appraisals, feedback sessions, and goal-setting exercises.

  • Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for various roles.

4. Employee Engagement & Welfare

  • Plan and execute employee engagement programs, events, and recognition initiatives.

  • Address employee queries, grievances, and escalations in a timely and professional manner.

  • Promote a positive work culture and ensure high employee satisfaction levels.

5. Learning & Development

  • Identify training needs and coordinate employee training sessions.

  • Maintain training records and evaluate training effectiveness.

6. Compliance & Policy Implementation

  • Ensure adherence to company policies and HR best practices.

  • Support internal audits and legal compliance requirements.

  • Regularly update HR policies and communicate them effectively to employees.


Key Requirements

  • Education: Graduate / MBA / PGDM in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.

  • Experience: 3–7 years in HR operations, preferably in Oil & Gas retail, Energy, or FMCG sectors.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS tools.

  • Knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.

  • Problem-solving attitude and high level of integrity.

  • Travel Requirement: Occasional travel to plant/offices for audits or employee engagement activities.
