This job will entail following responsibilities and expectations -
· Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
· Compile and update employee records
· Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc.)
· Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
· Handle all payroll tasks (salary, compliances, absences, bonus, leaves, etc.)
· Manpower planning and budgeting
· Handle complaints and grievance procedures
· Source candidates
· Conduct initial induction and orientation to new hired employees
· Scheduling and accomplishing employee engagement
· Take care of all Statutory Compliances within the company
· Handle all processes for employee performance evaluation
· Shall be responsible for implementation of standard operating processes within the organization
