Job Description / Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and manpower planning

  • Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies and procedures

  • Ensure statutory compliance with labor laws (PF, ESI, Factory Act, CLRA, etc.)

  • Handle payroll, attendance, and complete HR documentation

  • Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions

  • Oversee industrial relations and union coordination, if applicable

  • Implement and manage Performance Management Systems (PMS)

  • Plan and execute training and development programs

  • Provide strategic HR support to senior management

  • Prepare MIS reports, audits, and compliance documentation
