Manage end-to-end recruitment and manpower planning
Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies and procedures
Ensure statutory compliance with labor laws (PF, ESI, Factory Act, CLRA, etc.)
Handle payroll, attendance, and complete HR documentation
Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions
Oversee industrial relations and union coordination, if applicable
Implement and manage Performance Management Systems (PMS)
Plan and execute training and development programs
Provide strategic HR support to senior management
Prepare MIS reports, audits, and compliance documentation
