We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team at Udeshi's Family Office who is proactive, organized, and detail-oriented to support the day-to-day operations of the family office. The role combines administrative support, bookkeeping, regulatory follow-ups, tenant coordination, and investment-related record keeping. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20000 - ₹40000 and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Administration & Documentation
File, organize, and maintain physical and digital records.
Prepare letters, spreadsheets, and other administrative documents.
Manage confidential files and ensure proper record keeping.
Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings.
Regulatory & Compliance Support
Liaise with company registrars and service providers.
Follow up on name changes, deletion of names from records, account closures, and related documentation.
Track completion of regulatory and administrative tasks.
Bookkeeping & Accounting
Maintain bookkeeping records and expense tracking.
Assist with accounting documentation and reconciliation.
Coordinate with accountants and other service providers when required.
Property Management Support
Follow up on rental collections and tenant-related matters.
Coordinate maintenance requests and issue resolution with tenants.
Investment & Meeting Coordination
Schedule and coordinate quarterly investor calls and meetings.
Maintain records of meetings and action items.
Record and organize investment-related call notes.
Assist in maintaining market data records, including support/resistance levels, premiums, and related observations.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Commerce, Accounting, or a
related field.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Comfortable handling multiple responsibilities independently.
