Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily administrative activities at the factory.

  • Maintain office records, files, and documents properly.

  • Handle vendor coordination for office supplies, housekeeping, security, and maintenance.

  • Manage transportation arrangements for staff and visitors if required.

  • Maintain attendance records and coordinate with the HR department.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing courier, dispatch, and communication.

  • Ensure proper maintenance of office equipment and factory facilities.

  • Monitor housekeeping, pantry, and security staff at the factory.

  • Support management with administrative reports and documentation.

  • Coordinate with different departments for administrative requirements.

  • Maintain stock of office stationery and other administrative materials.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety guidelines within the premises.

Required Skills:

  • Good communication and coordination skills

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)

  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
