Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily administrative activities at the factory.
Maintain office records, files, and documents properly.
Handle vendor coordination for office supplies, housekeeping, security, and maintenance.
Manage transportation arrangements for staff and visitors if required.
Maintain attendance records and coordinate with the HR department.
Handle incoming and outgoing courier, dispatch, and communication.
Ensure proper maintenance of office equipment and factory facilities.
Monitor housekeeping, pantry, and security staff at the factory.
Support management with administrative reports and documentation.
Coordinate with different departments for administrative requirements.
Maintain stock of office stationery and other administrative materials.
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety guidelines within the premises.
Required Skills:
Good communication and coordination skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
Ability to handle multiple administrative tasks
