Reports to: Administrator/Facility Manager/Production Manager

Job Summary:

The Assistant Administrator will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office, production, and maintenance activities in the garment factory. The role involves coordinating daily activities, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Office Administration:

- Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital.

- Manage office supplies, inventory, and stationery.

- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules.

- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls.

2. Production Support:

- Assist production team in planning and coordinating activities.

- Monitor production schedules, timelines, and progress.

- Identify and report any production issues or bottlenecks.

3. Maintenance:

- Coordinate routine maintenance activities for office and production equipment.

- Ensure timely repairs and maintenance of machinery and facilities.

- Maintain records of maintenance activities.

4. Operations:

- Support operational activities, such as inventory management and logistics.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

- Identify areas for improvement and suggest solutions.

Requirements:

- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

- 1-2 years of experience in administration, production, or maintenance.

- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Familiarity with garment industry operations and production processes.

Skills:

- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
