We are seeking an Administrative Executive to efficiently handle administrative operations and follow-ups in our pen manufacturing unit. The role involves managing office administration, vendor coordination, production-related follow-ups, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in alignment with manufacturing schedules.
Oversee day-to-day administrative activities within the manufacturing unit.
Coordinate with production, purchase, and logistics teams for timely task completion.
Follow up with vendors and suppliers for raw materials, packaging, and other essentials.
Maintain and update records for purchase orders, dispatch schedules, and material movement.
Handle office supplies, stationery, and administrative procurement for the unit.
Assist in managing correspondence, including emails, calls, and courier dispatches.
Support HR and Accounts teams in documentation, attendance records, and petty cash handling.
Ensure compliance with company policies related to safety, hygiene, and administration.
Job Requirements:
Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
Good communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); knowledge of ERP systems is a plus.
Ability to multitask and work in a manufacturing environment.
Attention to detail and problem-solving attitude.
