Key Responsibilities:

- Answer calls, emails, and handle customer inquiries professionally—route to techs or management as needed.

- Schedule appointments, coordinate technician dispatches, and manage calendars to avoid conflicts.

- Process invoices, track job records, and handle basic data entry (using MS Office or Google Workspace).

- Order office supplies, file documents, and assist with inventory for HVAC parts/tools.

- Support daily ops: Prepare reports, send thank-you notes to clients, and help with vendor coordination.

- Greet visitors and maintain a tidy, welcoming office environment.

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's in business/admin a plus.

- 1-2 years admin or customer service experience (HVAC background helpful but not required—we'll train!).

- Strong organizational skills, multitasking in a fast-paced setting.

- Excellent communication (verbal/written) and basic computer proficiency (Word, Excel, email).

- Reliable, positive attitude, and ability to handle confidential info.

- Bilingual (Gujarati/English) preferred for local clients.
