Responsibilities and Duties:

 Stationery purchase & management.

 Arrange & purchase office day to day items.

 Draft Mail, type letters, reports &other documents.

 Keep records of document dispatched.

 Prepare daily attendance report and maintain other relevant registers.

 Vendor management.

 Arrange meeting rooms for various activities.
