Hiring: Admin Assistant (Accounts Background)
📍 Location: Chinchpokli, Mumbai

🕙 Office Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
📅 Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Saturday working)
💰 Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month (based on experience)
We are looking for an Admin Assistant with a basic accounts background to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handling day-to-day administrative tasks and office coordination
• Maintaining records, files, and office documentation
• Assisting with invoices, bills, vouchers, and basic accounting entries
• Coordinating with vendors and supporting office operations
• Managing data entry and updating records accurately
• Supporting accounts-related documentation and follow-ups
• General admin support as required
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Admin / Accounts Assistant role
• Basic knowledge of accounting and accounts documentation
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Knowledge of MS Office / Excel
• Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
• Immediate joiners preferred
