We are looking for a proactive Administrative & Business Development Executive to support sales growth, client acquisition, and brand promotion. This is an entry-to-mid-level role with a fixed salary package plus attractive incentives based on performance and closure. Coordinate with customers, contractors, architects, and dealers for inquiries, quotations, and orders.
Maintain and follow up on sales leads, prepare sales reports, and update CRM/records.
Assist sales team with client meetings, presentations, and sample/product arrangements.
Support in drafting proposals, invoices, and purchase orders.
Ensure timely communication between sales, logistics, and warehouse teams for order fulfilment.
Manage office documentation, correspondence, and filing systems.
Handle vendor coordination, service providers, and office supplies.
Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing minutes, and maintaining records.
Support HR functions such as attendance, leave records, and coordination with payroll.
Ensure compliance with company policies, protocols, and reporting formats.
