Key Responsibilities:
Booking and arrangements: Coordinate and book all components of travel, including flights, hotels, trains, car rentals, and other ground transportation.
Reporting: Maintain records and prepare reports, such as monthly travel MIS (Management Information System) reports, and manage financial records.
Stay updated: Keep up-to-date with travel industry trends, regulations, and safety protocols to provide the most informed recommendations.
Budget adherence: Ensuring all travel arrangements comply with the company's travel policies and budget guidelines.
Negotiating rates: Liaising and negotiating with airlines, hotels, and other travel vendors to secure the best possible rates and services.
Emergency and issue resolution: Manage and resolve any travel-related issues, such as cancellations, rebooking's, or emergencies, in a professional and calm manner.
