Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and monitor daily work activities of staff.
Assign duties and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Maintain discipline and ensure company policies are followed.
Provide guidance, training, and support to team members.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Coordinate with management regarding performance and operational issues.
Ensure safety standards and procedures are followed.
Handle complaints and resolve staff issues.
Monitor attendance and maintain records.
Ensure quality control and productivity standards are maintained.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma (relevant field preferred).
Minimum 2–5 years of supervisory experience.
Good leadership and communication skills.
Ability to manage and motivate a team.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
