Job Overview
We are looking for a smart, responsible and presentable Centre Incharge to manage daily operations at our coworking space. The ideal candidate should have strong office management skills, excellent communication, and the ability to handle calling, client coordination, and basic administrative work.
Key Responsibilities
1. Front Desk & Customer Handling
• Welcome walk-in clients and give professional space tours
• Handle enquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and email
• Book meeting rooms and manage schedules
• Maintain high service standards for clients and visitors
2. Operations & Administration
• Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the coworking space
• Manage office supplies, housekeeping, cleanliness & vendor coordination
• Maintain attendance, logs, inventory, and daily checklists
• Support senior management in operational tasks
3. Calling & Coordination
• Follow up with enquiries and leads
• Call existing clients for updates, renewals, and feedback
• Coordinate with sales, accounts, and support teams
Required Skills
• Good communication (English & Hindi)
• Presentable and confident personality
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
• Strong coordination & multitasking skills
• Ability to handle clients professionally
Eligibility
Experience: 1–2 years in office management / admin / front office
Qualification: Graduate (preferred)
Gender: Female candidate preferred (as per workplace requirement)
