We are looking for a Admin Executive cum Front Desk to join our team at Pre Play School to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for the organization. The tasks include identifying potential candidates, interviewing, and evaluating them. You will be responsible for updating job ads and conducting background checks of candidates. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the front office and welcome parents and visitors professionally.
• Guide parents regarding admissions, school policies, and general enquiries.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and day-to-day front desk operations.
• Maintain student and administrative records.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports using MS Excel.
• Coordinate with school staff to ensure smooth administrative operations.
• Support general office administration and documentation.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 2 - 5 years of experience. Knowledge of resume databases and strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Candidates must be open to working 6 days working
Mon-Friday : 8:30am-3:00pm
Saturday : 9:00am-1:00pm
