Job Description

Position Overview:We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Executive for our Agra office. The role requires someone who can manage day-to-day administrative operations, ensure smooth facility management, and coordinate cab/transportation rosters efficiently. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in office administration, vendor coordination, and employee support functions.---Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily administrative and facility management activities of the Agra office.Prepare and manage cab rosters and transport facilitation for employees.Coordinate with vendors for housekeeping, security, and maintenance requirements.Manage office supplies, inventory, and ensure timely procurement as per requirements.Handle courier dispatches, inward/outward registers, and office correspondence.Maintain records related to attendance, asset tracking, and visitor management.Support HR and operations teams in logistical arrangements for events, audits, and meetings.Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulatory requirements.Liaise with the admin and facility team at the corporate office for smooth coordination.---Requirements:Education: Graduate in any discipline (preferably BBA, B.Com, or equivalent).Experience: 1–3 years of experience in administrative or facility management roles.Skills Required:Good communication and coordination skills.Strong planning and time management abilities.Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).Understanding of vendor management and transport/roster planning.
