Admin-cum-Commercial Executive
1. Role: Manage office admin, dispatch, purchase & customer coordination.
2. Documentation: Prepare reports/sheets & maintain PO, invoice, challan files.
3. Customers: Coordinate for orders, delivery schedules & handle queries.
4. Payments: Follow up with customers for pending payments.
5. Admin Work: Daily courier tracking, emails, office supplies & petty cash.
6. Skills: MS Excel, Word, Email, Tally/ERP preferred, good communication.
