Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain daily attendance records of laborers and factory workers.
Monitor labor attendance, absenteeism, and shift-wise manpower availability.
Ensure discipline and adherence to company policies on the factory floor.
Coordinate with factory supervisors regarding manpower allocation and daily operational requirements.
Assist in sourcing and arranging new laborers from local areas as per production requirements.
Maintain records of labor contractors, workers, and related documentation.
Handle day-to-day administrative activities within the factory premises.
Coordinate housekeeping, security, and other support services at the factory.
Maintain employee and labor records, files, and statutory documents.
Support HR and management in labor-related coordination and issue resolution.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly administrative reports.
Ensure proper communication between management, supervisors, and labor teams.
Monitor factory facilities and report maintenance requirements to concerned departments.
Required Skills:

Knowledge of attendance management and labor handling.
Ability to maintain discipline and manage workforce issues.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, Email).
Strong administrative and record-keeping skills.
Problem-solving and organizational abilities.
Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline preferred.
1–3 years of experience in Factory Administration, Labor Management, or HR Administration.
Experience in a manufacturing environment will be preferred.
