Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Senior Administration Executive to manage office administration, facilities, vendor relationships, and workplace operations. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, experience in facility management, and the ability to ensure smooth day-to-day administrative functioning.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily administrative and facility management operations.
Manage office maintenance, housekeeping, security, transport, and other support services.
Handle vendor sourcing, negotiations, contract management, and performance evaluation.
Ensure timely procurement and inventory management of office supplies and assets.
Coordinate employee travel, accommodation, and logistics arrangements.
Monitor administrative budgets and implement cost-control measures.
Maintain office infrastructure and ensure a safe, efficient workplace environment.
Coordinate office events, employee engagement activities, and management meetings.
Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and safety standards.
Prepare administrative reports, MIS, and documentation for management review.
Desired Candidate Profile
Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM preferred.
4–8 years of experience in Administration, Facilities Management, or General Administration.
Strong experience in vendor management, office operations, and facility administration.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize tasks effectively.
