Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented executive assistant and admin person to support senior management and ensure smooth day-to-day administrative operations. The ideal candidate will have 3–6 years of relevant experience in executive support, office coordination, and administrative management.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Assistance:
• Manage and maintain the calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for senior management.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
• Handle travel arrangements, flight bookings, accommodations, and itineraries.
• Act as the point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and documentation.
Administrative Support:
• Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure all administrative processes run smoothly. • Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and facility-related tasks.
• Assist in organizing internal events, meetings, and training sessions.
• Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
• Support to HR and Finance teams with basic administrative documentation when required.
Key Requirements:
• Graduate in any discipline. Additional certifications in Office Management or Administration will be an added advantage.
• 3 to 4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Admin Executive, or in a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work independently with minimal supervision.
• High level of professionalism and discretion.
