Key Responsibilities include:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining regular communication to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
Coordinate client meetings, including scheduling interviews, conference calls, and presentations.
Collaborate with recruiters to align requirements with client specifications.
Facilitate the submission of candidate profiles to clients and gather feedback.
Manage candidate pipelines and track recruitment progress through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Provide timely updates to clients on recruitment status and open positions.
Assist with recruitment reports, presentations, and documentation.
Handle client inquiries and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
