The Admin Executive is responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day administrative operations of the organization. The role involves managing office facilities, coordinating with vendors, handling documentation, supporting HR and finance teams, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Oversee day-to-day administrative operations of the office.
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and orderliness of the workplace.
Manage office supplies, stationery, and equipment inventory.
Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and service requirements with vendors.
Identify, negotiate, and manage vendor contracts for housekeeping, security, transportation, and office maintenance.
Ensure timely renewal of service agreements and insurance policies.
Maintain relationships with utility providers (electricity, internet, telecom, etc.)
Prepare and monitor the administrative budget.
Track and process invoices, petty cash, and vendor payments.
Identify opportunities for cost optimization and operational efficiency.
Provide administrative support to management and cross-functional departments.
Maintain confidentiality of company information and employee records.
