Position Overview:
The HR & Admin executive for our company plays a critical role in managing and overseeing all human resources and admin functions within the organization. You will be responsible for ensuring the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs that align with the company's overall goals and objectives. You will also be responsible to manage the operational and the day-to-day requirements of the office, vendor management, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
HR:
Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing and hiring.
Develop and implement onboarding programs.
Address employee grievances and foster positive relations.
Enhance employee engagement and retention initiatives.
Oversee compensation, benefits, and payroll processes.
Implement performance management systems.
Identify training needs and coordinate development programs.
Maintain accurate HR records and databases.
Administration:
Manage office supplies and inventory.
Maintain strong relationships with existing vendors and establish partnerships with new ones.
Organize meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
Maintain an organized, clean and safe office environment.
Handle correspondence and assist with invoicing.
Manage and coordinate efficiently with housekeeping vendor and staff
Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and partners with professionalism and warmth.
Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
Maintain visitor logs, inward/outward register, and ensure proper coordination with security.
Coordinate with housekeeping staff to ensure guest cabins, conference rooms, and common areas are maintained as per standards.
Assist in scheduling meetings, managing conference room bookings, and arranging refreshments for guests.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Management, HR, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in HR & Admin roles, preferably in the below areas –
Sourcing and Hiring: Effective in using job boards, social media, and referrals to attract candidates. Skilled at screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and developing smooth onboarding processes for new hires.
Payroll Management: Managed accurate and timely payroll processing, knowledgeable in payroll regulations and tax laws. Proficient in generating reports, analyzing data trends, and resolving payroll inquiries.
Vendor Management: Assessed and negotiated contracts with vendors while monitoring their performance. Built strong partnerships to ensure quality service and compliance with standards.
Inventory Management: Monitored and managed office supplies effectively, placing orders to prevent shortages. Implemented cost-control strategies and analyzed data for forecasting needs.
Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, labor laws and regulatory requirements relevant to the NBFC sector.
Strong networking abilities and established connections within the industry and with allied parties.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Proficient in MS Office suite (Advance Excel preferred) & knowledge of HR systems and databases.
Location – BSE Fort.
