Some of the Responsibilities:
Assisting MD & top management
Greet and assist visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor. Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls professionally.
Manage the reception area, ensuring cleanliness and organization. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Follow up with customers, vendors & Factory team
Property & AMC Management
Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings. Maintain an organized filing system for administrative records.
Assist in office supply management and order supplies as needed. Provide general administrative support to various departments.
Uphold a high standard of formal appearance and professional behavior. Execute tasks with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Monitor activities of all the field persons
Gathering and processing research data.
Organizing and updating calendars.
Processing company receipts, invoices, and bills.
Implement effective administrative policies and procedures. Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
