Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle petty cash and maintain proper expense records.

  • Manage office vendors (stationery, pantry, maintenance, etc.).

  • Take care of office floor management and daily operations.

  • Maintain inventory of office supplies and assets.

  • Supervise housekeeping staff and cleanliness of the office.

  • Handle bills, invoices, and payment follow-ups.

  • Maintain records of purchases and expenses.

  • Coordinate with management for admin-related requirements.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate / 12th Pass (Preferred).

  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.

  • Good communication and coordination skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks.

  • Honest, responsible, and well-organized.
